ICB Productions, Inc. is a South Florida management corporation that promotes and manages community and economic development through education, training, civic engagement. The letters ICB stand for Inclusive Community Building. This corporation transforms communities by employing the inclusive community building approach to community building in both philosophy and application. The ICB approach is articulated by and demonstrated through the application of The Ellison Model (TEM), a conceptual framework with a primary focus on establishing and building relationships that accentuate teamwork. The core values fostered by The Ellison Model are loving, caring, sharing, trust, honor and respect. ICB Productions uses these values to expand social and economic advancement of individuals, organizations and communities. The ICB Productions philosophy is immersed in the ideals of mentoring, cultural sensitivity and inclusion. These concepts characterize all aspects of the organization and its programs and activities; including a wide range of training programs, services and event planning capabilities, ICB Productions has developed authentic products including musical productions with original scores, research material, and written publications.

Since its inception, ICB Productions has been involved in multiple successful business ventures. ICB Productions trainees have provided technical assistance for the 71st Academy Awards show, as well as the Super Bowl XXXIII halftime show. ICB affiliated singers have produced CD’s of original contemporary inspirational music. Actors, and dancers that have adopted the ICB Approach have performed in plays and musical productions all over the U.S. and many other countries. ICB workshops on Marriage and the Family have revitalized countless marriages, while one of it’s publications "Building Sustainable Marriage Relationships While Healing the Pain of Divorce", have been praised as cutting edge in literary circles. Officials in the Bahamas, Haiti, Panama and the Turks & Caicos Islands have adopted ICB Conflict Resolution training, creating a global network for managing conflict.
